• Discontinue Designify at any time
• Remove features/functionality without justification
• Cease all maintenance/support permanently

No refunds will be issued for service discontinuation or termination. Continued access is not guaranteed.

1.2 No Uptime Guarantees

Designify is provided with:

• Zero uptime warranties
• Potential outages for:
  • Maintenance (scheduled/unscheduled)
  • Discord API failures
  • Third-party service disruptions
  • Force majeure events

2. Financial Terms

2.1 Ironclad No-Refund Policy

ALL PAYMENTS ARE 100% NON-REFUNDABLE including:

• Service discontinuation
• Feature removals
• Account termination
• Technical incompatibilities
• User dissatisfaction

2.2 Payment Structure

• Standard Purchases: One-time Roblox payments (non-recurring)
• Whitelisted Services: Monthly recurring payments only for custom-branded bots
• Prices subject to change without notice

2.3 Access Verification

• We reserve right to deny access if purchase cannot be verified
• Valid transaction proof must be provided upon request
• Fake/duplicate purchases = Permanent blacklisting

3. Service Management

3.1 No Update Obligations

We are not required to:

• Provide feature updates
• Fix reported bugs
• Maintain existing functionality
• Offer technical support

3.2 Feature Deprecation

Features may be removed:

• Without prior notice
• Without replacement options
• Without migration assistance

4. Comprehensive Liability Shield

4.1 Absolute Liability Exclusion

WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE for:

• Service interruptions/downtime
• Data loss/corruption
• Discontinued features
• Third-party integrations
• User reliance on functionality

4.2 “As-Is” Declaration

Designify provided:

• Without merchantability warranties
• Without fitness-for-purpose guarantees
• Without security assurances
• Without future roadmap commitments

5. Core Definitions

• Whitelisted Service: Custom-branded bots with monthly subscriptions
• Standard Purchase: One-time access via Roblox payments
• Company: OfficialSteam (ILE Customs)
• Termination: Permanent cessation of service/access

6. User Obligations

6.1 Prohibited Actions

• Reverse engineering
• Service resale
• Chargeback threats
• Purchase verification evasion

​

6.2 Account Security

• Protect credentials
• Report breaches immediately
• Accept all access revocation risks

​

7. Legal Protections

7.1 Mandatory Arbitration

All disputes resolved via binding JAMS arbitration

• Each party bears 50% costs
• No class actions
• No court proceedings

7.2 Governing Law

United States federal law governs all terms

8. Policy Administration

8.1 Retroactive Changes

We may modify terms:

• Without notice
• With retroactive effect
• At sole discretion

These survive termination:

By using Designify, you irrevocably agree:
