How to Manage Product Reviews

The Reviews module allows you to gather feedback from customers on the products they’ve purchased. You can view the average rating, submit new reviews, and remove old reviews.

Commands

/review create

To submit a new review, use the /review create command. You will need to provide the following information:

  • Customer: The person submitting the review.
  • Designer: The designer who created the product being reviewed.
  • Product: The product being reviewed.
  • Rating: The rating the customer gives the product (usually a number between 1 and 5).

After submitting the review, it will be recorded and used to calculate the average rating for the product.

This review will contribute to the overall rating of the product and help inform other customers about the quality of the product.

/review average

The /review average command allows you to view the average rating for the server’s products. This command calculates the average based on all the submitted reviews.

Use this command to quickly assess how well products are rated by customers in your server.

/review remove

To remove a review, use the /review remove command. You will need to provide the Message ID of the review you wish to delete. This command removes the review from the system and will affect the average rating.

Be cautious when removing reviews as this will impact the average rating.

  • Remove Reviews: If necessary, use the /review remove command to delete reviews and adjust the overall rating.
